Simon Gibbs - Chairman

Our head honcho, Chair and all round good-guy, Simon has been a Luton fan since he was 10 years old.  Sadly following the Town has been more downs than ups for Simon as he missed the team’s glory days while he was flying the flag for the Hatters in South Africa.

Like many, the shenanigans of previous owners moved him to join Trust in Luton where he held the position of Vice Chair. When approached, Simon didn’t hesitate for a second to step up and join the committee of SoLYD.

Paul King - Vice Chairman

Paul is a life long Hatter who was a member of the LLSC committee prior to taking on the mantle of vice chair of SoLYD.Paul also has 3 sons that follow the trials and tribulations of LTFC.

Kevin Barrett

Kevin’s a familiar face to many at Kenilworth Road.  You may have seen his cheery face smiling out from the Supporters Club newsletter – he’s been Chair for 3 seasons – or greeting you on a Town on Tour coach.  The eagle-eyed will also have seen him doing sterling duty as a stretcher bearer and only occasionally tipping a hapless opposition defender onto the ground.

As an accountant and business advisor by profession, Kevin’s number crunching ability and eye for best business practice make him an invaluable member of the committee.

Yvonne Fletcher

One of only 2 known Luton Town / South Korea fans, Yvonne has supported the Hatters for more years than could be considered normal.  An admin person by day, she has been known to fill up her spare time in voluntary positions with Luton Town Supporters Club, Supporters Direct, the Football Supporters Federation, LTFC itself and now SoLYD.

She is particularly useful to SoLYD for her fundraising experience, her PR/writing skills, and her unwavering ability to spot the erroneous use of an apostrophe.
