The sole aim of SoLYD is to act as a fundraising vehicle for the Youth Development department of Luton Town FC to help ensure the sustainability of the department's work in the long term.

All funds raised will be for the sole use of the Youth Development department and will be ring-fenced from use by any other department at Luton Town FC. The Youth Development department will have discretion over the use of these funds.

SoLYD  will be a stand-alone not-for-profit organisation run by a committee of volunteers and fully endorsed by Luton Town Football Club.

All committee members will adhere to SoLYD's code of conduct.
